De-linking and Re-linking Data

This standard operating procedure applies when MalariaGEN investigators seek to re-link genotypic and phenotypic data from samples that they have contributed to MalariaGEN consortial projects with their own locally-held clinical databases, which may contain personal identifiers. This standard operating procedure outlines the respective roles and responsibilities of MalariaGEN investigators, co-applicants, institutional representatives and the MalariaGEN Resource Centre in such circumstances.
