Partner Studies

MalariaGEN partner studies are the building blocks of our consortial projects and community projects.  Each partner study is led by an independent investigator and has its own scientific objectives. MalariaGEN adds value to partner studies by providing access to genotyping and sequencing technologies, and by providing a framework for sharing and integrating data across different studies.

Below are some examples of our partner studies. New partner studies are continually joining, and please note that this is not a comprehensive list.
