Catherine Hughes

Catherine Hughes is a Project Support Officer and is based in Oxford. Before joining the group in July 2007 she studied Human Sciences at Oxford University (graduating in 2006). Her course featured among other topics, modules on physiology, medical genetics and malaria.

Catherine's work in MalariaGEN is varied and can include helping to coordinate workshops and meetings, planning trips for visiting partners and answering queries. Her role has two elements - providing general administrative support for the group as well as acting as Dominic Kwiatkowski's assistant.
