Kathrin Schuldt is a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Genomics and Global Health, Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, Oxford. Within MalariaGEN her interest focuses on the identification of Malaria resistance loci in the human genome. She is involved in genotyping of genomic markers and data analysis. During her PhD in Hamburg, Germany, Kathrin has been working on genetic and cellular characterization of human endothelial receptors mediating the cytoadherence of P.falciparum infected red blood cells.
