
Tobias Apinjoh

Tobias Apinjoh is the MalariaGEN Data Fellow for Cameroon, with a background in Biochemistry (University of Buea, Cameroon) and Genetic Manipulation (University of Nottingham, UK). He has been working on malaria epidemiology and immunology in pregnant women and children since 2003 and also trained briefly in genotyping at Oxford. He is also an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology at the University of Buea in Cameroon. He is interested in the immunogenetic basis for susceptibility and resistance to diseases (especially as malaria).
