Jim Stalker

Jim joined MalariaGEN in 2012 and is based at the Sanger Institute. As Analysis Pipeline Manager he is responsible for co-ordinating and developing systems for the production and analysis of sequence data.

Jim's background is Genetics and moved into bioinformatics after working in industry for a few years. He joined the Sanger in 2000 where he has held roles including Ensembl webteam leader and 1000Genomes and UK10K informatics team leader.
