Project: Consortial Project 3

Released on 19 Jul 2019

The Gambian Genome Variation Project (GGVP) is a collaboration of the MRC Unit in The Gambia, the Wellcome Sanger Institute, the MRC Centre for Genomics and Global Health at Oxford University, and the MalariaGEN Resource Centre. GGVP dataset metadata and genome-wide genotype data

The data package hosted on the 1000 Genomes FTP site includes a list of family relationships across the GGVP data, and information on the relationship between genotyped and sequenced indivudals.

Sample information: Data for 100 individuals from each of four Gambian populations NOTE: Many browsers now do not support links to FTP sites. If you are experiencing difficulties, you may need to change your browser settings.
