Data Resources

The data used in these analyses was generated as a result of epidemiological studies and the planned use of these data goes beyond the methodological analyses within this manuscript.

The ENA accession numbers for Dried Blood Spot (DBS) and venous blood (VB), the Study Identifier for origin of each sample and contact details for each Study Investigator for the samples whose data are included in these analyses are provided. Researchers may use these data to reproduce the analyses in the present publication but for wider use you are requested to contact the Study Investigators in advance to ensure that it does not conflict with their planned analyses.

About the collaboration

This study uses data generated by the MalariaGEN P. falciparum Community Project, an international collaboration which aims to understand genome diversity of this parasite and SpotMalaria, a new project harnessing genomic technologies to monitor the global evolution of malaria parasites and delivering knowledge which will increase the efficiency of malaria elimination and eradication efforts.
