Our malaria genomic surveillance resources have been built through partnering with an interdisciplinary network of researchers and health professionals. Partners pursuing independent studies apply to access MalariaGEN's high-throughput sequencing technologies and analysis, and are returned carefully curated data for their own research.
Thanks to the collaborative vision of these partners, MalariaGEN genomic surveillance resources include the world's largest data sets on genomic variation associated with resistance in malaria parasites, mosquito vectors and humans.
Whether you are new to MalariaGEN, or an existing partner, you can access public data resources, as well as information and protocols about malaria genetics and surveillance.
We are continually developing these resources to enable researchers globally to investigate the origins and causes of drug and insecticide resistance. If you have feedback please contact support [at] malariagen.net.
