Why We Are Collecting These Stories  

Documenting these real-world examples serves two major purposes:  

• Guiding Our Support: Understanding how genomics is currently being applied helps us identify where and how MalariaGEN can add the most value to your ongoing work.  

• Amplifying Your Impact: We want to celebrate your successes and advocate for genomics in malaria elimination by highlighting your stories across our website, LinkedIn, journal clubs, and community meetings.  

What Sort of Examples Are We Looking For?  

We are looking for case studies or "vignettes" from any stage of development - even early-stage use cases or partial examples are incredibly valuable. These might include:  

• Treatment Policies: Tracking drug resistance to guide medical guidelines.  

• Vector Control: Using genetic data to support mosquito control strategies.  

• Surveillance: Enhancing outbreak response or routine monitoring systems.  

• Policy & Guidelines: Contributing data to national or regional public health discussions.  

• Capacity Strengthening: Building local expertise that leads directly to decision-making impact.  

How to Share Your Work  

To make sharing your insights as easy as possible, we have created a short form that takes just 10 to 15 minutes to complete. If you have multiple distinct examples, you are more than welcome to submit multiple responses.
